In this role, you will provide technical support and project management services within the Advisory Services Group business unit, focusing on energy efficiency program planning, implementation, and evaluation. Your primary responsibilities will include leading impact evaluations and offering engineering and analytical support. Your specific duties will involve overseeing impact evaluations, managing junior engineers and analysts, and reviewing deliverables to ensure quality for client submissions. You will also be responsible for ensuring that impact evaluations and related projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Duties and Responsibilities - Lead and conduct impact evaluations and cost-effectiveness analyses of energy efficiency programs, including estimation of gross and net energy savings. - Manage evaluation projects to ensure high-quality deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget. - Develop scopes of work, technical approaches, and budgets for new evaluation studies and program support efforts. - Manage and mentor engineering and analytical staff, coordinating fieldwork, data collection, energy modeling, and technical research. - Oversee primary and secondary data collection efforts, including survey administration, site visits, metering, and database acquisition, and perform advanced data analysis. - Lead measurement and verification (M&V) activities for installed energy efficiency measures using engineering calculations, billing analysis, and regression modeling. - Develop data collection instruments, technical algorithms, and analytical tools to support program evaluation and savings estimation. - Lead and contribute to technical report writing, including development of findings, conclusions, and actionable program recommendations. - Support senior staff in the development of presentations, white papers, and proposals for utility clients and regulatory stakeholders. - Contribute to process evaluations by supporting study design, developing research instruments, conducting stakeholder interviews, and synthesizing findings on program implementation and market effects. - Integrate process and impact evaluation insights to identify opportunities for improving program delivery, participation, and cost-effectiveness. - Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (i.e. engineering, environmental science with a focus on energy efficiency / energy management, or closely related industry).
- 5+ years of working experience with 4+ years of experience with impact evaluation of energy efficiency programs.
- Expert level understanding of building systems, energy end uses and equipment, specific in commercial and industrial sectors is desirable.
- In-depth experience with energy assessments, analysis of energy data, and/or Measurement and Verification experience.
- Experience preparing reports detailing analytical findings.
- Excellent writing, communication, and computer skills are mandatory.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities
- Ability to build relationships with clients and work in tandem to solve logistical and technical issues.

- Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position. The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $90- $140K USD. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.

As part of the digital transformation of the Life Science business, we are implementing advanced digital technologies in our manufacturing, distribution, and quality control operations (ISCO - Integrated Supply Chain and Operations). As a Senior Manufacturing OT Engineer, you will oversee one or more major Manufacturing OT projects within our portfolio located in Asia Pacific (APAC) and the European Union (EU), as well as manage OT programs for several IT/OT systems. This position reports to our global Engineering and Technology group within ISCO. This role can be place at any location in Europe close to LS site. The role has two primary objectives: Guidance and Governance: Provide oversight for one or more key site projects involving Manufacturing IT/OT systems. Program Leadership: Collaborate with IT program leads to generate business value from IT/OT investments and lead comprehensive rollouts across multiple sites within ISCO for specific Manufacturing OT systems or technologies. You will join a team of over 15 colleagues within the Smart Manufacturing and Digital Transformation team in Engineering & Technology (E&T).
