Role Overview The Property Management Assistant will support day to day operations for property managers, tenants, and vendors. This role requires excellent organization, communication, and problem solving skills. Key Responsibilities - Assist with tenant communications through email, chat, or phone - Schedule property inspections, maintenance appointments, and vendor services - Maintain and update property records, lease documents, and tenant files - Process maintenance requests and coordinate with repair vendors - Track rental payments, invoices, and basic financial documentation - Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation for property managers - Support onboarding and lease renewals for tenants - Monitor property related inquiries and ensure timely follow up - Assist with listing management, marketing updates, and tenant screening as needed

Job Requirements
