Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Google Ads Specialist with 5+ years of hands-on experience managing high-budget PPC campaigns. This is a high-impact remote marketing role where you will take ownership of Google Ads strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple client accounts. You will be responsible for driving measurable growth through paid search, improving conversion performance, and scaling campaigns profitably. Key Responsibilities - Plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) - Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting - Optimize campaigns for performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates - Implement and manage conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4, tracking pixels) - Continuously test ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies (A/B testing) - Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights and reports - Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively across campaigns - Collaborate with creative, content, and CRO teams to improve funnel performance - Stay updated on Google Ads updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Google Ads / PPC campaign management
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing campaigns with significant ad spend
  • Strong understanding of paid search strategies, bidding models, and funnel optimization
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup
  • Experience working with eCommerce, SaaS, or lead generation campaigns
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
  • Google Ads certifications are highly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present performance insights clearly
  • Experience working remotely with international teams is a plus
