This role partners closely with hiring teams to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to hire. Recruiters are responsible for sourcing candidates across multiple platforms, managing the full-cycle recruitment process, and building relationships that strengthen Aspire’s reputation as an employer of choice. As a Recruiter at Aspire, you’ll be part of a dedicated Talent Acquisition team known for partnership, collaboration, and genuine care for one another’s growth. This is a remote Recruiter role that will primarily support operations in New Hampshire, with opportunities to contribute across other areas of Aspire. What You'll Do: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and provide recommendations to hiring managers. - Ensure that all job postings are regularly updated and accurately reflect the most current job descriptions. - Post job ads on the company’s website, social media channels, and relevant job boards. - Proactively source and engage qualified candidates through a variety of channels to build strong, diverse talent pipelines for current and future openings. - Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed of their status and providing feedback when appropriate. - Work closely with HR and hiring managers to understand organizational needs and priorities. - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process. - Contribute to the development of Aspire Living & Learning's employer brand by showcasing our values, culture, and opportunities for growth. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse). - Participate in and complete training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role. - Support special projects or initiatives as assigned to strengthen the recruitment process and candidate experience. Our Ideal Candidate: - Proven experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced environment, ideally within healthcare, education, or human services. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. - Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. - Highly organized and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Adaptable and collaborative, with a continuous improvement mindset. - Must have satisfactory background checks. - Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
