• Lead workshops and translate requirements into functional designs • Configure S/4HANA service processes • Design and maintain Service Contract processes • Manage defects and deliver releases in CRM/S/4HANA Service • Create and maintain configuration documents and user guides • Triage and resolve complex incidents

• Implementing and supporting SAP Transportation Management solutions • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions • Configure and customize SAP TM modules to optimize transportation processes • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of the system • Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning • Stay current with SAP TM best practices and industry trends

• Work closely with and coordinate alongside colleagues from the consulting team to deliver customer-focused solutions for web-based and mobile SAP modules. • Actively shape the product portfolio and serve as a key point of contact before and during the implementation of customer-specific developments. • Maintain and enhance existing applications and interfaces, and address new customer requirements. • Contribute to pre-sales activities and maintain regular contact with our long-standing clients. • Support the development of new solution approaches and the continuous enhancement of our industry-specific solution. • Your workplace is where the work makes the most sense for the role, e.g., remote.
