The Role: As a PTP Intern, you will undergo structured training designed to build your foundation in recruitment, sourcing, and virtual assistance. This program is ideal for beginners and career shifters looking to break into the VA and recruitment space. You will support top-of-funnel talent generation while developing practical, job-ready skills. What You’ll Do: - Support sourcing efforts through job boards, Facebook groups, and online platforms - Assist in initial resume screening and candidate profiling - Maintain organized trackers and recruitment databases - Help generate and manage candidate pipelines - Participate in training sessions, mock exercises, and shadowing activities - Assist with basic reporting and documentation tasks
