Senior Business Development Executive

• owning the full sales cycle - from outbound prospecting to closing complex deals • building and developing your pipeline through targeted outbound activities • leading discovery, engaging multiple stakeholders, and understanding business needs • driving deals forward in a structured and proactive way • creating tailored proposals, leading negotiations, and closing deals (€20K+ ACV) • collaborating closely with SDRs, marketing, and cross-functional teams

Job Requirements

  • bring 5-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • have a proven track record of closing mid-market / enterprise deals
  • are comfortable operating in longer sales cycles
  • take full ownership of pipeline and consistently deliver against targets in a demanding environment
  • are comfortable selling complex or technical solutions
  • show strong business acumen and the ability to position value effectively
