• Bridge the gap between technological innovation and market reality • Act as the technical face of the company guiding BSPs through their Cloud Journey and AI transformation • Evangelize the technical vision for AI-first SaaS portfolio • Collaborate with product teams on design of AI Agents • Research emerging trends to ensure competitive advantage • Act as a trusted technical advisor to C-Level executives • Represent the company at industry conferences and publish technical documentation • Collaborate with Sales to close complex deals • Translate customer requirements into scalable cloud-based AI architectures

Job Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in Engineering Leadership
  • 10+ years of experience at the Director or VP level working with globally distributed teams
  • Proven track record working with or for Broadband Service Providers
  • Ability to command a room, whiteboard complex concepts on the fly, and communicate ROI to non-technical stakeholders
  • Willingness to get your hands dirty and prototype when necessary
  • Proven track record with scalable Cloud Architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Strong understanding of microservices, and Cloud Infrastructure Management
