Deel
• Design, deploy, and manage Deel’s global IT infrastructure, focusing on high availability, scalability, and security of internal services. • Administer and optimize core cloud platforms and identity providers (e.g., Google Workspace, Okta), ensuring secure and seamless access management. • Implement and maintain Zero Trust architecture and advanced SAML/SSO integrations across all corporate applications. • Automate infrastructure tasks and internal workflows using scripting languages to reduce manual intervention and improve system efficiency. • Manage corporate network connectivity and security, including VPNs, SD-WAN, and firewall configurations for global offices. • Partner with the Security team to implement hardening standards, vulnerability patching, and compliance controls across the IT landscape. • Act as a Tier 3 escalation point for complex technical issues that impact core infrastructure or cross-platform integrations. • Oversee the lifecycle of backend IT systems, from initial architectural design to ongoing maintenance and eventual decommissioning. • Drive the technical evaluation and implementation of new infrastructure tools and services to support company growth. • Document infrastructure designs, system configurations, and operational procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and business continuity.
Job Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on infrastructure or systems engineering in a cloud-first environment.
- Deep expertise in managing and securing Cloud-based services (SaaS/IaaS) and Identity Providers (e.g., Okta, Azure AD).
- Proven experience with Zero Trust frameworks, SAML, SSO, and advanced authentication technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with Network Security (VPN, Firewalls, DNS, DHCP) and connectivity in a distributed global environment.
- Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Python, Bash, or PowerShell) to automate system administration and integrations.
- Advanced knowledge of MDM systems (Mac and Windows) from an infrastructure and policy-level perspective.
- Experience in managing global system integrations and API-based workflows between IT platforms.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead technical projects and collaborate across Engineering and Security teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex infrastructure migrations with minimal supervision.
