Project Coordinator
OlamAid e.V.
• Manage and oversee the project lifecycle, from planning through implementation to reporting. • Monitor project budgets, ensuring expenditures align with financial guidelines and reporting requirements. • Maintain basic technical knowledge of the aid methods used within the project. • Take part in creating, participating and coordinating project activities. • Coordinate a project team to enhance motivation and a collaborative atmosphere. • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors and NGOs. • Develop an OlamAid country strategy for Ukraine in coordination with relevant departments. • Identify potential funding sources and collaborate with the Development Department. • Ensure appropriate visibility of OlamAid and its programmes in Ukraine.
Job Requirements
- Academic degree in international development, humanitarian Studies, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or management in the humanitarian, peacebuilding and/or development sector, preferably including project coordination or management with implementing partners.
- Proven understanding of project management cycles, budgeting, and basic technical methods for aid delivery.
- Experience in team coordination with a focus on fostering positive and collaborative environments.
- Ability to travel often to project locations in Ukraine and every few months to the HQ in Berlin Germany.
- Strong representation, networking and partnership development skills and proven successful experience in raising donor funding.
- Strong entrepreneurial skills, and a proven ability to identify opportunities to address needs of vulnerable people in innovative and impactful ways.
- Strong network amongst donors, government actors, national and international NGOs, civil society and UN agencies.
- Excellent understanding of the local context in Ukraine and the situation of vulnerable groups and their needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and a proven results-oriented attitude and approach.
- Native-level Ukrainian and excellent English. German as advantage.

Summary: SP6, a fast-growing cybersecurity Professional and Managed Services organization, is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of client engagements. In this role, you will help manage customer-facing projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. How You’ll Drive Success: Work collaboratively to support Professional Services (project-based consulting) to facilitate proper project: - Kick-off - Delivery and reporting - Closeout - Hand-off to accounting As a Project Coordinator at SP6, you will be responsible for working with SP6 engineers, external customers and other internal team members, including sales, to help drive successful customer engagements.
