Miter

• Lead a team of Launch Managers in achieving core performance metrics, including productivity, project completion rates, and customer satisfaction scores • Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to develop and support Launch Managers in their roles • Manage and resolve customer escalations to ensure satisfaction and maintain positive client relationships • Continuously assess, streamline, and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and simplicity • Create, maintain, and refine documentation to enable team success and consistency across projects

Job Requirements

  • 2-5 years of previous experience as a front-line manager in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and communication abilities
  • Exceptional patience and resilience supporting customers and teams in high-pressure environments
  • Exceptional data analysis skills to track metrics and inform decisions
  • Experience leading implementations with heavy-reliance on 3rd-party API integrations
  • Must be located in or able to work Eastern or Central time zone hours.
