• Help empower franchisees by unlocking growth potential, strengthening operations, and creating guest experiences that fuel joy at every park • Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with franchise owners and their leadership teams • Conducting needs assessments to understand franchisee challenges, opportunities, and long-term business goals • Guiding franchisees in developing and executing strategic business plans that support both local growth and overall brand performance • Providing operational consulting to help franchisees adopt best practices and increase efficiency • Analyzing financial statements with franchisees to identify strengths and opportunities

• Work closely with clients to translate business requirements for our system • Focus on clients of varying sizes, complexities, and experience with benefits software • Effectively communicate with the client to capture country-specific requirements and translate those requirements into an effective and practical solution • Support project team members to ensure work is done timely • Assist in the setup of the enrollment portal, as well as the applicable benefits and plans • Nuanced understanding of dependencies between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, and carrier integrations for platform configuration • Understand applicable new hire, life event, and annual enrollment eligibility periods

• Lead and support Oracle EBS Time & Labor (OTL) functional activities. • Configure and maintain: Timecard layouts and preferences, Time entry rules and validation, Approval workflows and eligibility profiles. • Manage OTL integrations with: Oracle Payroll, Core HR, Projects / Costing (where applicable). • Gather business requirements and prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and setup documentation. • Support CRP, SIT, UAT , and post-production issues. • Coordinate with technical teams for RICEW objects related to OTL. • Troubleshoot timecard, approval, and data transfer issues. • Provide functional support during payroll cycles. • Conduct user training sessions and prepare user guides. • Ensure adherence to project delivery standards and SLAs.

• Lead and support Oracle EBS PPM modules, including: Project Costing (PC), Project Billing (PB), Grants Accounting (if applicable), Project Foundation. • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. • Configure PPM setups, including project types, expenditure types, cost rates, burden structures, and billing events. • Work closely with technical teams for RICEW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows). • Perform CRP, SIT, UAT, and production support activities. • Handle month-end and year-end processes related to projects. • Integrate PPM with GL, AP, AR, PO, and Assets modules. • Provide functional guidance and support during implementations, upgrades, and rollouts. • Prepare functional documents, user guides, and training materials.
