Job Description

Oracle EBS PPM Functional Consultant

Elfonze Technologies

• Lead and support Oracle EBS PPM modules, including: Project Costing (PC), Project Billing (PB), Grants Accounting (if applicable), Project Foundation. • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. • Configure PPM setups, including project types, expenditure types, cost rates, burden structures, and billing events. • Work closely with technical teams for RICEW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows). • Perform CRP, SIT, UAT, and production support activities. • Handle month-end and year-end processes related to projects. • Integrate PPM with GL, AP, AR, PO, and Assets modules. • Provide functional guidance and support during implementations, upgrades, and rollouts. • Prepare functional documents, user guides, and training materials.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in implementing, supporting, and enhancing Oracle E-Business Suite Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules.
  • Strong functional expertise and hands-on experience in project costing, billing, and integration with Finance modules.
  • Good understanding of Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR).
  • Experience working on implementations and support projects.
  • Exposure to RICEW coordination with technical teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
