Oracle EBS – OTL Functional Consultant

• Lead and support Oracle EBS Time & Labor (OTL) functional activities. • Configure and maintain: Timecard layouts and preferences, Time entry rules and validation, Approval workflows and eligibility profiles. • Manage OTL integrations with: Oracle Payroll, Core HR, Projects / Costing (where applicable). • Gather business requirements and prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and setup documentation. • Support CRP, SIT, UAT , and post-production issues. • Coordinate with technical teams for RICEW objects related to OTL. • Troubleshoot timecard, approval, and data transfer issues. • Provide functional support during payroll cycles. • Conduct user training sessions and prepare user guides. • Ensure adherence to project delivery standards and SLAs.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS OTL Functional
- Strong experience with Oracle EBS R12.x
- In-depth knowledge of: Timecard configuration OTL rules, approvals, and workflows
- Basic understanding of Fast Formula
- Experience integrating OTL with Payroll and Core HR
- Exposure to implementation, rollout, and AMS support projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Role Description Under the direction of a Manager, Senior Manager, or Director, the Senior Consultant will develop and deliver solutions for clients pursuing operational excellence and digital transformation. This role requires a self-managed professional who interfaces regularly with clients and external stakeholders, and helps lead and shape delivery resources in accordance with firm policies and procedures.
