• Create illustrations and icons for different purposes • Create diagrams, charts, and schemes to explain complex technological concepts • Create social media banners • Design Google Slides presentations • Collaborate with team leaders, product designers, and product managers within an established workflow

• Creates final mechanicals with attention to composition, color, typography and visual impact • Designs and executes mechanicals, based on client specification, brand standards, budget constraints and final format needed for file output • Determines size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, selects style and size of type, and arranges layout based upon specs and aesthetic design concepts • Presents sample to Creative Director for approval • Provides final pre-flight of digital files that are delivered to clients and vendors to ensure the accuracy of the completed project • Reviews proofs for highest levels of quality and accuracy • Uses a wide range of media, including photography • Keeps abreast of developments in marketing and advertising environments • Contributes ideas and design artwork to the overall brief • Other duties as assigned

What this opportunity involves  While each project involves unique tasks, contributors may:  - Design high-stakes pitch decks and professional one-pagers tailored for specific audiences. - Translate complex data into clear visual storytelling with a strong focus on minimalism and precise information hierarchy. - Elevate presentations using custom fonts, elegant animations, and perfect visual consistency. - Enforce a polished, persuasive, and premium corporate-meets-creative style across all deliverables. - Execute formatting quality standards through meticulous validation of visual alignment, pacing, and brand adherence before final delivery. What we look for Ideally, contributors will have: - At least 1 year of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization is desirable. - Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative fields is a plus. - 2+ years of experience in presentation design or a related field, with a portfolio of high-quality decks (not basic templates); - Strong skills in PowerPoint, Keynote, or similar tools, including building clean and well-structured presentations; - Experience with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma; - Ability to turn complex ideas or data into clear and visually appealing slides; - Understanding of basic design principles: layout, typography, and simple animations; - Good sense of what looks “premium” vs average in presentations; - Attention to detail and аккуратность в работе; - Ability to work independently and figure things out without constant guidance.
