We are looking for a highly skilled Presentation Designer to join the Tendem project (https://tendem.ai/) and drive specialized storytelling workflows within our hybrid AI + human system. In this role, you'll collaborate with Tendem Agents that handle repetitive tasks, while you provide the critical thinking, domain expertise, and formatting skills necessary to deliver beautifully designed, high-stakes presentations. What this opportunity involves  While each project involves unique tasks, contributors may:  - Design high-stakes pitch decks and professional one-pagers tailored for specific audiences. - Translate complex data into clear visual storytelling with a strong focus on minimalism and precise information hierarchy. - Elevate presentations using custom fonts, elegant animations, and perfect visual consistency. - Enforce a polished, persuasive, and premium corporate-meets-creative style across all deliverables. - Execute formatting quality standards through meticulous validation of visual alignment, pacing, and brand adherence before final delivery. What we look for Ideally, contributors will have: - At least 1 year of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization is desirable. - Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative fields is a plus. - 2+ years of experience in presentation design or a related field, with a portfolio of high-quality decks (not basic templates); - Strong skills in PowerPoint, Keynote, or similar tools, including building clean and well-structured presentations; - Experience with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma; - Ability to turn complex ideas or data into clear and visually appealing slides; - Understanding of basic design principles: layout, typography, and simple animations; - Good sense of what looks “premium” vs average in presentations; - Attention to detail and аккуратность в работе; - Ability to work independently and figure things out without constant guidance. This part-time Graphic Designer position is responsible for creating computer-generated full-color graphics and/or vinyl output that can be weeded, cut and applied or printed and mounted to a substrate.
