Join us in our mission to build engaging player communities and offer outstanding experiences! 🎮🔥 Role overview As our Licensing Specialist you'll play an important role in supporting our client, the developer of a popular racing game franchise. Your main responsibility will be to work with various stakeholders to handle inbound third party IP licensing agreements. Alongside that you'll also be responsible for managing accounts on a day to day basis, ensuring communication and coordination between all parties involved. If you're passionate about games and cars, this role offers you the best of both worlds! The position is for fixed 6-months contract. Responsibilities could include: - Track game assets to communicate team and studio priorities to stakeholders - Assist team with projects, account management activities that support game lifecycles and processes - Support Day-Day account management activities for partners - Drive Negotiations and execution of inbound 3rd part IP license agreements in a timely manner - Identify and communicate risks as they relate to work - Be an active participant in internal compliance procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency across the team - Track and report out status to Stakeholders - Develop process efficiencies & documentation as needed Experience: - Experience in relevant industries: Proven experience (1-2 years) within the Consumer, Entertainment, or Gaming sectors. - Program/Account Management and Merchandise Expertise: Demonstrated success (1-2 years) in program management, account management, and/or merchandise coordination. - Collaborative and Adaptable: A strong track record of successful collaboration within a fast-paced, frequently changing environment. - Exceptional Organizational Skills: Proficient in planning, creating, and maintaining highly effective schedules to manage diverse projects and timelines simultaneously. - Relationship Building: Ability to quickly establish rapport and build trusting relationships with stakeholders. - Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and PowerBI. - Communication and Conflict Resolution: Excellent communication skills, coupled with proven ability to effectively navigate and resolve conflicts. - Proactive Learner: Possesses a curious, self-motivated attitude and a strong commitment to continuous learning.
