Sales Development Representative
SEIDOR
• Design and execute demand generation strategies that align with our business goals and target audience. • Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, webinars, and paid media. • Develop and manage lead nurturing programs to engage and convert leads into customers. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as lead conversion rates, cost per lead, and ROI. • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and ensure a seamless handoff of leads.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in demand generation, lead generation, or a similar marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
