• Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined and be accountable for projects scope, budget, resources and timeline • Translate roadmap planning into detailed tasks and ensure requirements are understood, deliverables are within timelines, and projects meet defined quality standards • Recommend and develop project specific agile workflows that are aligned with company wide guidelines and implement these workflows inside the working tools • Plan, implement and track core platform development activity across the SDLC from requirements gathering to versioning and deployment • Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various technical personnel during all project phases, from initial project plan through implementation • Oversee resourcing to meet team capacity against project deliverables and allocate tasks accordingly in collaboration with team members, customers and managers • Monitor and update project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items following agile methodology best practices • Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements • Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes • Participate in peer review and sign-off of others’ work • Support development teams when deploying and in investigating and fixing issues • Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news • Update regularly and appropriately on plans, updates and risks

• Implement, maintain, manage and optimize CRM Platforms and other software solutions for clients • Provide technical proficiency, strategic-thinking and customer engagement to a diverse client base • Work closely with internal consulting team and clients on CRM implementations and ecosystems to drive value and achieve commercial objectives

• Collaborate with ALU Rwanda, ALCHE Mauritius and ALUSB department heads to identify key projects that align with their strategic priorities. • Conduct needs assessments and feasibility studies to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. • Develop detailed project proposals, including problem statements, proposed solutions, and success metrics. • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. • Manage project execution, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget. • Coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitating communication and collaboration. • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues. • Track project progress against key milestones and deliverables. • Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and risk logs. • Communicate project updates to stakeholders, including department heads and senior leadership.
