• Collaborate with ALU Rwanda, ALCHE Mauritius and ALUSB department heads to identify key projects that align with their strategic priorities. • Conduct needs assessments and feasibility studies to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. • Develop detailed project proposals, including problem statements, proposed solutions, and success metrics. • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. • Manage project execution, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget. • Coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitating communication and collaboration. • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues. • Track project progress against key milestones and deliverables. • Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and risk logs. • Communicate project updates to stakeholders, including department heads and senior leadership.

• Assist in project plans within Senior Project Manager supervision • Perform clerical duties, prepare presentation and manage content • Monitor project progress and ensure that projects remain on track and meet deadlines • Assist in preparing official documents such as contracts, and provide the administrative department with content for issuing quotations and purchase orders • Liaise with outsourced third parties in regards to digital development and printing production • Adopt digital tools/ platforms that are utilized by the agency • Maintain positive demeanor and the ability to cooperate with colleagues and work in a team environment • Present creative ideas whenever feasible

• Gather business requirements, align stakeholders & translate needs into ERP solutions • Monitor project risks & issues, report progress and drive continuous improvement • Lead ERP implementation projects (planning, scope, budget & resources) • Coordinator vendors, technical teams, testing, data migration & training

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional People Group projects, spanning technology-enabled outcomes, process redesign and organisational initiatives • Develop and maintain clear project plans, ensuring scope, dependencies, risks and priorities are well understood and communicated to stakeholders • Coordinate and collaborate with the people and teams needed to deliver — across IT, People and other functions — without relying on direct authority • Ensure projects land well, with attention to change management, adoption and sustainable outcomes for Canvanauts, leaders and People teams • Contribute to a consistent approach to project delivery within the People Group, sharing learnings and helping to build team capability over time • Act as a trusted partner to People teams and key stakeholders, keeping them informed, aligned and engaged throughout project delivery
