Project Manager
Asociația Antonia pentru Educație și Inovare Socială
• Planning and developing the project plan. • Developing and leading project teams. • Establish deadlines and monitor the progress of the project. • Identify and resolve issues that arise. • Managing financial resources. • Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors. • Assist in the preparation of design proposals and rental/sales quotes. • Performs other related duties as assigned. • Continue professional development and education for emerging technologies. • Work towards a PMP Certification and/or comparable project management certifications.
Job Requirements
- Theater, Film/TV, Theme Park, and/or Museum Design Experience
- Working knowledge of entertainment design
- Working knowledge of architectural and facility requirements
- Understanding of the creative process and development of creative design
- Ability to deliver on a project’s established scope, schedule and budget
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing personal education
- Ability to work flexible hours - nights, weekends, holidays
- Possess excellent communication skills; highly motivated; can accept direction easily
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skill
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent client-facing skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
