• Design, build, and maintain efficient and reliable Java code • Work on full-stack analytical applications • Responsible for developing highly performant and scalable components that are able to handle large amounts of financial data • Help develop distributed systems with concurrent access and usage patterns • Work closely with other engineers to develop new products and extensions • Plan, design, develop, manage, document, test, deploy, and support new and existing modules • Work on system and API design and architecture • Collaborate daily with team to adjust and align with pivoting operational needs in a fast-pace environment

• Build and maintain our next-gen infrastructure based on Kubernetes/OpenShift • Design and implement robust technical design with scalability, real-time processing and high availability • Build and improve CI/CD pipelines • Collaborate with multiple agile teams to deliver end-to-end products and features in micro services architecture • Design and implement solutions for deployment and ongoing monitoring for multiple environments including but not limited to Azure, AWS and bespoke solutions. • Develop automated deployment practices and solutions • Work with team members to architect solutions on a variety of platforms. • Resolve build, environment and code deployment issues • Manage code releases for multiple deployment teams • Actively participate in debugging and resolution of issues related to application performance and latency

• Build, maintain, refactor and optimize data models in our dbt project • Serve as the architect for our dbt project as a whole • Create a consistent user experience across our warehouse and BI tools • Mentor and uplevel analysts and data engineers in data modeling and dbt best practices • Partner with the Data Engineering team to manage our data stack • Be a champion of data privacy and quality

• Apply knowledge of advanced analytic algorithms and technologies (e.g., machine learning, deep learning, artificial intelligence) to deliver better predictions and/or intelligent automation that enables smarter business decisions, improved customer experience, and drive productivity. • Use in-depth knowledge of the data science and AI landscape and hands-on expertise to implement solutions in production environments. • Shape advanced conceptual thinking to solve complex or novel situations that have never been dealt with before. • Select and use the appropriate statistical tests and machine learning methods to examine business hypotheses. • Create and mine datasets in Google BigQuery and other company data sources to support analyses. • Work with stakeholders in the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging analysis that drives business solutions. • Explore new technologies to enhance the Data and Analytics team’s data ecosystem. • Aid in the development of best practices used in business metrics analysis. • Support process improvement discussions with stakeholders informed by analytical insights. • Participate in business partner-facing presentations and meetings as needed. • Support a team of analysts in maintaining the data quality and governance of new and existing data sources and pipelines.

• Execute the full software development life cycle (SDLC) • Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications • Integrate software components into a fully functional software system • Document and maintain software functionality • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems • Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback • Comply with project plans and industry standards • Collaborate with cross functional teams and gather end-user requirements • Performance tuning, usability, improvement, automation, and deployment

• Contact potential clients using various methods such as cold calling, emails, networking & social media and lead clients meetings • Develop strong relationships with potential new accounts and maintain a pipeline of new leads/prospects • Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle • Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients • Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities • Partner with leadership to create and implement business strategies for attracting and signing new clients • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines • Identify, contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities • Identify industry technology & business trends, customer needs so as to build short term to long term opportunities/pipeline • Create and share best practices

• Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined and be accountable for projects scope, budget, resources and timeline • Translate roadmap planning into detailed tasks and ensure requirements are understood, deliverables are within timelines, and projects meet defined quality standards • Recommend and develop project specific agile workflows that are aligned with company wide guidelines and implement these workflows inside the working tools • Plan, implement and track core platform development activity across the SDLC from requirements gathering to versioning and deployment • Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various technical personnel during all project phases, from initial project plan through implementation • Oversee resourcing to meet team capacity against project deliverables and allocate tasks accordingly in collaboration with team members, customers and managers • Monitor and update project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items following agile methodology best practices • Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements • Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes • Participate in peer review and sign-off of others’ work • Support development teams when deploying and in investigating and fixing issues • Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news • Update regularly and appropriately on plans, updates and risks
