• Negotiate contracts with various external parties • Coordinate with suppliers regarding required standard clauses and contract attachments based on provided contract templates and supplier lists • Communicate with suppliers • Manage and resolve inquiries • Ensure timely implementation of contract amendments with all relevant suppliers • Enforce standard contract clauses and, where necessary, negotiate any exceptions/opening clauses
Job Requirements
- Extensive expertise in procure-to-pay and accounts payable processes
- Proven leadership skills in project management
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to identify the business impact of issues and rapidly develop appropriate solutions
- Self-starter with commitment and resilience
- Experience in change management
- Business-fluent English (negotiation level)
- Advanced knowledge of SAP MM and SAP S/4HANA
