Sourcing & Logistics Technical SME
CRG Solutions
• Analyzes requirements and transforms user requirements to system design and recommend improvement. • Manages change requests and identifies impact on schedule and costs. • Lead the team to monitor project progress effectively. • Prepares system specification and documentation. • Communicate with software vendor to ensure the deliverables meet the requirements and is on time with quality. • Plan the project activities and prioritize the projects' timeline. • Plans the training and implementation strategy and timeline. • Conduct system testing and UAT process. • End to End, Project Management experience to execute a project. • Identify business insufficiency with facts & assessments. • Analyzes requirement and provide improvement proposal with structure (includes logic, process, solution, people, cost, timeline and reality). • Influence People to Change, both Internal & External. • Technical Architecture (System design, development, QA, UAT, Data Migration and Cut Over). • Deployment (Positioning, Solution Selling, Training and Roll Out).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, logistics, or supply chain management, with strong process knowledge.
- Experience with ERP (prefer SAP or Dynamics NAV), and Order Collaboration Systems (prefer Logility SCM, Infor, Tradebeyond CBX).
- Experience in system integrations and system support.
- Preference for MNC Sourcing & Supply Chain Experience, Prefer Fashion & Apparel Industry.
- Proven Record in Multi-Countries Supply Chain Process Transformation.
- Hands on System Implementation Experience on ERP &/or Sourcing Tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including working with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Experience preparing and interpreting system documentation and functional specifications.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and supply chain digital solutions.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Experience with sourcing automation, supplier management systems, or logistics optimization tools.
- Working knowledge of Smartsheet, Power BI, or other project tracking and reporting tools.
- Understanding of data integration, migration, and analytics for supply chain applications.
- Certification in supply chain or project management (e.g., APICS, PMP, Six Sigma) is a plus.
