Job Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in a Site Reliability Engineering or related role.
- Previous experience as a Software Engineer with strong coding fundamentals.
- Strong experience operating distributed systems in cloud environments (AWS and/or GCP).
- Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and automation.
- Advanced experience with Datadog for monitoring, telemetry, and observability.
- Experience instrumenting services with OpenTelemetry.
- Experience designing and managing SLOs, SLIs, SLAs, and error budgets.
- Strong scripting and automation skills using Python or other modern programming languages.
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerized workloads.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitLab CI/CD.
- Experience operating and maintaining MongoDB in production environments, including monitoring and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with reliability KPIs and operational metrics such as DORA metrics.
- Experience using AI tools or LLMs to improve engineering workflows, observability, or operational processes.
- Strong English communication skills – Advanced level required.
