• Review and evaluate candidate applications and resumes to assess qualifications, licensure, technical skills, and role alignment for clinical and corporate roles • Conduct structured video interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a positive and timely candidate experience • Balance high-volume hiring demands with quality standards, ensuring all hires meet licensing and credentialing requirements • Maintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date candidate records and recruiting reports • Partner closely with hiring managers and the People team to drive an efficient, end-to-end recruitment process • Contribute to recruiting strategy, process optimization, and scalable growth initiatives • Support additional recruiting and HR administrative activities as needed to meet business needs
Job Requirements
- Prior experience with in-house recruitment with sourcing and recruiting licensed healthcare (LPN/ LVN, RN, PA/ NP) professionals in high-volume healthcare and corporate roles
- Proven track record of managing relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately assess candidate qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive recruitment tools and software (prefer exp in Greenhouse, Notion, and G-Suite)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Self-motivated, innovative, resourceful, self-motivated, and takes initiative
