• Monitor and troubleshoot network issues across Acronis data centers • Triage events, escalate incidents, and ensure timely resolution • Support other engineering teams with network-related issues • Analyze and maintain configurations on Juniper and Arista network devices • Plan and execute production network maintenance following Change Management processes • Improve network performance through proactive optimization • Develop automation using Python, Ansible, or SaltStack • Maintain accurate documentation, diagrams, and operational knowledge • Manage infrastructure inventory and equipment tracking using DCIM tools • Use AI tools (VS Code + Copilot, Windsurf ) daily for faster troubleshooting, config validation, and documentation
