Senior ProdOps Analyst

• Support product and finance operations, ensuring financial data, internal processes, and product features run smoothly and accurately • Collaborate with multiple teams to maintain consistency across systems and help streamline workflows • Design, implement, and continuously improve automation workflows that reduce manual effort across operational processes • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to deploy and iterate on AI-powered tools • Use SQL to extract and analyze operational data, supporting metric tracking and ad-hoc investigations • Build and own dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into operational performance • Own and optimize core operational processes end-to-end, ensuring quality, consistency, and SLA compliance

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Operations, or a similar role at a fintech or technology startup
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., workflow automation, AI agents, LLM-powered tools)
  • Intermediate SQL skills — comfortable reading and writing basic queries to extract and analyze operational data
  • Strong analytical mindset: you work from data, not gut feeling
  • Highly proactive and self-directed — you identify problems before they escalate and move fast to solve them
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • Advanced English (written and spoken) — required for cross-regional collaboration
