• Translate executive direction into structured action plans with defined milestones and accountability. • Track deliverables, deadlines, and cross-functional dependencies. • Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies. • Establish consistent reporting and execution rhythms across initiatives. • Support execution of federal contracts and task orders. • Coordinate with Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), program offices, and government stakeholders as appropriate. • Monitor alignment with contractual requirements and internal controls. • Facilitate communication between internal teams and customers. • Lead internal and customer-facing initiatives from planning through execution. • Manage schedules, risks, and resource coordination. • Provide clear executive-level reporting on progress and challenges. • Implement scalable program management practices. • Support strategic planning cycles and growth initiatives. • Identify process improvement opportunities. • Implement structured change management efforts. • Build operational frameworks appropriate for a growing organization.
Job Requirements
- U.S. citizenship
- Active TS-SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 7+ years of experience in government, defense, intelligence, or federal contracting environments
- Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following: Contracting Officer Representative (COR) responsibilities; Military operational or command leadership; Program or project management in complex federal environments.
- Experience working directly with U.S. government customers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage priorities independently.
