Job Description

Marketing Coordinator

Endless Access

• Own day-to-day website operations in Webflow, including building, updating, and optimizing pages • Translate campaign and product needs into structured, conversion-oriented landing pages • Apply design system and brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across pages • Collaborate with designers and developers to implement layouts, interactions, and improvements • Optimize site structure, metadata, and internal linking for discoverability • Implement tracking, event measurement, and conversion attribution • Identify UX and performance improvements based on analytics and user behavior • Support localization and regional content adaptation • Build and maintain email journeys (onboarding, partner engagement, learner engagement) • Segment audiences across educators, partners, and learners • Manage newsletters and campaign communications • Support CRM workflows and marketing automation • Coordinate marketing activities with international partners, including MENA and LATAM • Prepare partner-ready materials (presentations, landing pages, email sequences) • Monitor traffic, conversions, and engagement across website and email • Prepare recurring performance reports • Identify opportunities to improve acquisition funnels and participation • Coordinate blog posts, case studies, and success stories • Assist with interviews, webinars, and online events • Adapt existing brand and campaign assets for web, email, and partner materials • Prepare layout-ready content blocks for landing pages and marketing campaigns • Work with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe, Canva) to support fast iteration • Ensure visual clarity, hierarchy, and usability across marketing touchpoints

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, marketing operations, or web marketing roles
  • Strong hands-on experience managing and building production websites in Webflow (required)
  • Ability to translate marketing goals into structured, conversion-focused landing pages and web experiences
  • Working knowledge of digital design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe CC, Canva) to prepare and adapt visual assets
  • Understanding of UX principles, conversion optimization, and user journey design
  • Experience with SEO fundamentals and search-driven content optimization
  • Experience implementing tracking, campaign attribution, and using analytics tools (GA4 or similar)
  • Experience managing email marketing platforms and automated lifecycle journeys
  • Comfortable coordinating with developers, designers, vendors, and cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken), with strong communication and documentation skills.
