• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Delivery to design experiences that feel effortless • Design end-to-end product experiences across web and mobile, from early discovery through to high-fidelity execution • Turn complex fintech and regulatory requirements into simple, intuitive user journeys • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints • Lead and contribute to design workshops from early ideation through to alignment and iteration • Use research and data to validate ideas, test assumptions, and continuously improve the experience • Craft clear, compelling narratives to bring stakeholders along the journey and influence decision-making • Contribute to and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across products • Present work confidently, explain your thinking, and incorporate feedback without losing the integrity of the solution
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, scopes, budgets, and schedules • Brief, manage, and support internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes • Apply Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) to drive efficient, flexible workflows • Make minor updates within CMS, CRM, or Figma (e.g., uploading content or tweaking UI copy) • Proactively manage dependencies, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects • Act as a day-to-day contact for clients, providing project updates, managing expectations, and solving problems quickly • Interrogate briefs and collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements • Deliver polished documentation, clear timelines, and responsive communications • Own QA and testing cycles to ensure outputs meet technical, UX, and brand standards • Identify project risks early and implement mitigation plans • Keep an eye on the finer details — accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the brief • Work with project and client teams to define and monitor budgets • Track time, utilisation, and delivery to ensure projects stay financially healthy • Manage reconciliation, invoice schedules, and forecasting with confidence
• Design lifecycle journeys, nurture programs, and campaign architecture • Own Marketo configuration, architecture, and troubleshooting • Manage Salesforce sync, lead flow, and data integrity • Ensure compliance across global regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.) • Own final QA and campaign launches • Govern AI-driven campaign execution and workflows • Manage campaign builds and reporting
• Take full ownership of finance operations across both businesses • Manage and execute: Invoicing across multiple entities, Bank and card reconciliations, Accounts receivable and collections, Supplier payments and payment runs • Maintain accurate, clean, and up-to-date records in Xero • Manage multi-entity and multi-currency transactions (including FX platforms such as Airwallex or equivalent) • Oversee payroll for an international team • Ensure compliance with BAS / GST / PAYG obligations, Payroll and statutory requirements • Produce management reporting pack including: Revenue by entity and key drivers, Gross margin (particularly for agency delivery), Operating costs and profitability • Build and maintain a rolling cashflow forecasts • Act as a finance partner to the founder: Identify client / project profitability, Track SaaS revenue performance • Design and implement structured finance processes across both businesses

• Lead the development of a WordPress project from start to finish • Ensure pixel-perfect execution of designs • Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins with Gutenberg, Kinsta, or WP Engine experience preferred • Work on both front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless performance • Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions • Implement best practices for performance, security, and maintainability • If experienced, leverage React for modern UI enhancements
• You’ll lead strategy and execution end-to-end, driving organic growth for our clients through technical excellence, content planning, on-page optimisation, and clear reporting. • Owning SEO strategy and execution for multiple clients and internal projects, working autonomously and proactively. • Leading client communications, including running meetings, explaining strategy, and managing expectations confidently. • Conducting technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexation, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, redirects, canonicalisation, structured data, etc.) and confidently guide and/or implement fixes. • Delivering strong on-page optimisation, including meta tags, headings, internal linking, content optimisation, and UX-aligned SEO improvements. • With the ability to make minor tweaks to content after client feedback. • Performing keyword research and opportunity analysis to identify quick wins and long-term growth initiatives. • Building and maintaining content roadmaps aligned to search intent and business outcomes. • Creating detailed content briefs for copywriters, including target keywords, intent, structure, competitor notes, internal links, and on-page requirements. • Monitoring and analysing key SEO KPIs—traffic, rankings, conversions, and engagement—and translating insights into clear actions. • Producing clear, client-ready reporting dashboards and performance summaries (Looker Studio), including insights and next steps. • Collaborating with internal Content and PPC teams to align strategy (e.g., landing page optimisation, paid/organic synergy, CRO recommendations). • Maintaining awareness of algorithm updates, industry trends, and best practices, applying changes to improve results.
