• Drive revenue growth: identify, qualify and convert opportunities through to closing. • Generate opportunities (outbound & inbound): outbound prospecting, qualify inbound leads, and collaborate with Marketing and BDR teams. • Manage the sales cycle with a consultative approach: from discovery to closing, delivering relevant and personalized demonstrations. • Maintain rigorous account follow-up: keep CRM data up to date and collaborate with internal teams. • Manage your activity and reporting: update CRM / pipeline / forecast and analyze your results. • Represent AssessFirst: demonstrate professional and exemplary conduct at events.
Job Requirements
- Significant experience in SaaS (B2B sales), ideally working with European accounts (multiple stakeholders, structured sales cycles).
- Experience in a high-growth environment: you enjoy building, testing and iterating — and closing deals, with a strong results orientation.
- Energy, dynamism and a sales mindset: proactive and comfortable both in hunting and in managing the pipeline.
- Professional-level English for client interactions (Spanish proficiency is a plus).
