BRYTER
• Support the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to closing, primarily for mid-market and enterprise prospects in the DACH region • Identify and engage potential customers in law firms, legal departments, compliance teams, and other business units • Conduct product introductions and discovery calls to understand customer challenges and position BRYTER’s solutions effectively • Work closely with Sales Engineers and senior sales colleagues to deliver tailored product demonstrations and proposals • Build strong relationships with prospects and customers, helping establish BRYTER as a trusted partner in legal and compliance automation • Maintain and manage pipeline activity in CRM and ensure consistent follow-up with prospects • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to support campaigns, events, and go-to-market initiatives • Continuously learn about legal technology, automation, and AI-driven workflows to effectively communicate BRYTER’s value.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, law, economics, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or SaaS, ideally in a tech or software environment
- Previous experience in LegalTech, SaaS, or selling into legal/compliance teams is a plus
- Strong interest in technology, automation, and AI-driven software solutions
- Fluent German and English (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong ownership mentality
- Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Travel will be required.

Role Description The Enterprise Account Executive will play a key role in expanding Avetta’s footprint by driving new business with enterprise clients. This role requires a consultative sales approach by listening, uncovering challenges, and crafting solutions that deliver measurable impact. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing high-value SaaS deals, successfully managing complex sales cycles, and consistently surpassing revenue targets. This includes experience working with large multinational companies, engaging complex buying committees and buyer journeys, and leveraging proven methodologies such as MEDDPICC to ensure success. The Enterprise Account Executive owns the primary relationship with prospective Avetta clients before and during their buyer journey. Once a prospect becomes a client, the Enterprise Account Executive continues to manage and service the relationship until the account is fully established. At that point, the client relationship transitions to the Account Management Team for ongoing support and expansion. If residing within commutable distance to one of our offices, a hybrid schedule would be requested, (3 days in office, 2 days work from home). Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Drive new client acquisition by identifying and engaging enterprise prospects, building relationships with key decision-makers, and developing strategies to generate business opportunities and grow Avetta’s sales pipeline. - Oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through presentations, negotiations, and signed agreements, while partnering with internal teams to ensure client needs are met every step of the way. - Maintain a weekly emphasis on business development initiatives to ensure consistent progress. - Consistently deliver revenue goals by driving high-value deals while keeping a well-managed pipeline in Salesforce and provide clear, timely forecasts and insights to leadership to ensure visibility into sales performance. - Work in partnership with an assigned Sales Development Representative to execute targeted prospecting strategies. - Represent Avetta at industry trade shows to showcase our solutions and build relationships with prospective clients. - Engage in networking activities to foster relationships within the industry and promote Avetta's solutions. - Conduct comprehensive Avetta Overview Presentations and Product Demonstrations online. - This position requires regular travel to client sites within the assigned territory and key accounts to facilitate in-person meetings and strengthen client relationships.
