• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email, referrals, and industry sources. • Outbound Outreach & Follow-ups: Launch and manage outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, calls). • Discovery & Meeting Booking: Run light discovery to understand needs and qualify leads. • CRM Management: Keep the sales CRM fully updated at all stages. • Support on Proposals & Next Steps: Collaborate with the Sales / Account Management team to share client context. • Data & KPIs: Track and report on activity and performance metrics such as outreach volume, response rates, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities generated.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or client relations (ideally in recruiting, marketing, or B2B services).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple leads and follow-ups at once.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) and Google Workspace.
- Goal-driven, proactive, and comfortable with outbound activity and structured follow-up.
