• Define testing strategies and lead QA across projects • Mentor engineers and ensure top product quality through strong processes, collaboration, and hands-on testing • Work hands-on with test management tools • Oversee both manual and automated testing efforts • Analyze results to drive product quality • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams in a fast-paced Agile environment

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases based on trucking industry knowledge • Execute manual testing for web and mobile applications, focusing on real-world trucking scenarios • Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies • Collaborate closely with the development team to provide timely feedback based on industry expertise • Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not compromised by new features or bug fixes • Analyze test results, report on testing progress and outcomes, and suggest improvements • Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in QA

• Converse with the model on real-world scenarios and evaluation prompts • Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness • Design and run test plans and regression suites • Build clear rubrics and pass/fail criteria • Capture reproducible error traces with root-cause hypotheses • Suggest improvements to prompt engineering, guardrails, and evaluation metrics (e.g., precision/recall, faithfulness, toxicity, and latency SLOs) • Partner on adversarial red-teaming, automation (Python/SQL), and dashboarding to track quality deltas over time

• Review images and videos to confirm accuracy and adherence to quality standards. • Execute light Photoshop edits (resizing, background cleanup, minor adjustments, basic color corrections). • Track project statuses, flag risks, and ensure on-time delivery of complete asset sets. • Verify that all required media files are present and properly packaged for client delivery. • Draft clear delivery emails and handoff notes for clients and internal teams. • Maintain file hygiene (naming/versioning/exports) and support basic office tasks (data entry, product uploads).
