• Define testing strategies and lead QA across projects • Mentor engineers and ensure top product quality through strong processes, collaboration, and hands-on testing • Work hands-on with test management tools • Oversee both manual and automated testing efforts • Analyze results to drive product quality • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams in a fast-paced Agile environment
Job Requirements
- 4–5+ years of experience in QA (manual or manual + automation)
- Strong understanding of different test types and test runs, including Regression, Stress, Load, and Smoke Testing
- Proven experience in planning, organizing, and leading QA activities across multiple projects
- Ability to define QA processes, testing strategies, and quality standards for the team
- Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., Qase, TestRail, Testmo, or similar)
- Solid knowledge of SDLC, especially within Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience with both manual and automated testing approaches
- Ability to analyze test results, identify root causes, and drive defect resolution
- Strong understanding of performance, security, and usability testing principles
- Experience using bug tracking systems such as Jira
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor, guide, and review QA engineers
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams
- Ability to estimate QA efforts, manage priorities, and deliver under deadlines
- English — upper-intermediate or higher.
