Product Marketing Associate

• Market & Product Strategy: Research and analyze market data, product trends, customer needs and competitor offerings. Translate these insights into messaging, differentiation, and content updates to drive the definition of product requirements. Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for each product and segment. • Go-to-Market (GTM) Leadership & Support: Lead the GTM process with full oversight and responsibility. Serve as the core product/market resource and subject matter expert for the marketing team. Support ecosystem partners with GTM materials and product messaging. • Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between Marketing and Product Development. Provide essential marketing input, monitor roadmap progress, and ensure alignment among market needs, product capabilities, and technical constraints. Work closely with Product for launch readiness and ongoing roadmap alignment. • Value Translation & Content: Translate technical product capabilities (APIs, integrations, platform architecture, developer documentation) into clear customer journeys, use cases, and solution narratives. Create comprehensive product manuals, feature updates, and training materials for both internal staff and external clients. • Feasibility & Monetization: Investigate new product and feature queries, assessing their marketability and potential for monetization. • Process Optimization: Analyze results and develop best practices to ensure highly effective processes.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience (minimum of 3 years) working with SaaS products in product marketing and/or product development.
- Product Marketing Expertise: Strong experience with GTM planning, messaging frameworks, ICPs, and positioning.
- Technical Acumen: Knowledge of SaaS technology and platform-based product ecosystems. Familiarity with telecommunications technology is a significant advantage. The ideal candidate is familiar with APIs, integrations, platform architecture, and developer documentation.
- Analytical Ability: Demonstrated ability to assimilate complex data from various sources and distill complex product capabilities into simple, compelling value, translating them into actionable plans.
- Communication & Collaboration: Fluent written and spoken English. Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to advocate for ideas, ask critical questions, and contribute meaningfully in cross-functional discussions. Comfortable working cross-functionally and driving clarity in ambiguous environments.
