Product Manager

SolidProfessor

• Lead continuous discovery by talking to customers weekly to understand their real needs, not just their feature requests • Own value and viability - ensuring solutions work for both the customers and the business • Work as a trio, not in sequence — collaborate daily with your Designer and Engineer to shape solutions together • Test assumptions before building by running small experiments to validate or invalidate ideas quickly • Define and track outcomes, not just outputs — measure success by impact, not shipped features • Demonstrate efficiency in all areas, including time management, team efforts, and driving business value

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equitable work experience)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience building and shipping customer-facing software
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong data literacy, using analytics to inform decisions rather than justify them after the fact
  • Fluency in discovery practices, including customer interviews, assumption testing, and rapid experimentation
  • Experience with Amplitude, Heap, Mixpanel, Pendo, or other product analytics tools preferred
  • Experience managing a SaaS product preferred, as well as experience in the Learning Management System space
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build consensus through influence rather than authority
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, project management, and follow-through abilities
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills and enthusiasm for proactively engaging customers to identify obstacles and develop solutions that best fit their needs
  • Autonomous, detail-oriented, and self-driven team player who thrives while prioritizing and multitasking in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
