Regional Sales Manager
Digi International
• Build and develop strong relationships with channel partners across Australia and New Zealand • Engage partners regularly via phone and virtual meetings to drive activity and pipeline • Support partners in identifying and progressing new business opportunities • Help partners understand and confidently position Opengear solutions • Act as a key point of contact for partner communication and day-to-day support • Collaborate with Sales Engineers to support technical discussions and customer opportunities • Maintain and update pipeline, partner activity, and account information in CRM • Identify new potential partners and support onboarding and relationship development • Contribute to partner engagement initiatives, campaigns, and follow-ups • Travel occasionally to strengthen new and existing partner relationships
Job Requirements
- Early experience in sales, customer service, or a customer-facing role (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication skills and confidence in phone-based engagement
- A proactive, “hungry” mindset with a desire to learn and grow in sales
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple activities
- A team player who collaborates well with internal stakeholders

• Responsible for forecasting sales for the upcoming year, managing sales Representatives and Distributors • Promote seminars with key customers on a regular basis and encourage plant tours in Houston for key customers • Discuss strategies to penetrate new and existing markets with Representatives and Distributor owners • Follow-up on all significant outstanding quotes within territory • Coordinate any plan of action with the Distributor and Inside Sales to help close an order • Hold training seminars with Representatives and Distributors, when necessary to review the product line
