Middle VIP Gamification Manager

Growe Talents

• Plan, execute, and analyze gamification campaigns for players’ activation, retention, and reactivation; • Analyze and create segments for gamification campaigns; • Manage content inside the gamification back office; • Publish and update content; • Develop and maintain a gamification calendar aligned with main goals and ensure deadlines are met; • Assist in identifying new gamification techniques available for setup in the gamification back office to maintain a high level of customer engagement; • Ensure published content follows the overall promo concept; • Collaborate with content writers, designers, and other stakeholders as needed; • Test the set content to make sure everything is working correctly; • Participate in hypothesis testing related to retention and activation metrics.

Job Requirements

  • 1.5+ years of experience in CRM, Retention, or Gamification Management within the iGaming industry;
  • Experience with bonus mechanics, quests, level systems, and tournaments;
  • High attention to detail, creativity, and understanding of player motivation dynamics;
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, design, data, and communications teams;
  • Hands-on experience with the Smartico platform.
