• Configuration and maintaining of integration environment • Analysis of clients' requirements and API integration consulting • Troubleshooting and system monitoring and analysis • Preventing issues, providing reliability and improving performance • Communicating vendor requirements to the development team

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of network technologies, concepts and generally how the modern Internet works
  • Good understanding of API communication, experience with logging, error monitoring systems, and ability to reading log files or error traces
  • Knowing of SQL basics
  • Good debugging, analytical, problem-solving skills
  • Upper-Intermediate English
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Previous experience as a technical account manager, manual QA, or technical support specialist of field-specific education (nice to have)
  • Intermediate or Upper-Intermediate Russian (nice to have)
