Clients will have a choice to give the providers reviews and star ratings to ensure our elite services when booking on our app. Our mission is to help all providers strive to achieve their financial and independent goals. Role Description We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to ensure that our products and services meet all the necessary requirements before they reach the consumer. The Quality Manager, or Quality Assurance Manager, will inspect the final product to make sure it has been built with compliance with legal standards and meets customer expectations. A great quality manager is thorough and observant with an eye for detail. - Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes. - Devise and review specifications for products or processes. - Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance. - Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations. - Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback. - Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards. - Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements. - Approve the right products or reject defectives. - Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis. - Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met. - Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives. - Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures. Qualifications - Proven experience as a quality manager. - Conscientious and responsible. - A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach. - Outstanding communication skills. - Excellent organizational and leadership skills. - Proficient in MS Office. - In-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards. - Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods. - BSc/ Ba in business administration or relevant field. - Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc.). Requirements - Requires working from detailed instructions and occasional independent decision-making. - Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, or procedural manuals. Our goal is to enable rheumatologists to improve care for patients through the differential diagnosis, prognosis, and monitoring of complex autoimmune and autoimmune-related diseases, including lupus and rheumatoid arthritis. We are seeking dynamic, award-winning, high-performing sales professionals to join our commercial sales organization. As an MDM, you are the face of Exagen to our customers. You ensure that customers understand Exagen’s Autoimmune Diagnostic/Therapeutic (DxRx) Vision and value by professionally promoting our products and services to Health Care Providers (HCPs), staff, and other decision-makers. This position supports our Kansas City territory and candidates must live within commuting distance.
