Technical Customer Success Manager

• As part of our Customer Success team, you are the primary point of contact for our customers, resolving their requests and challenges. • Technical support for balcony solar systems: As a product expert—especially for solar modules and inverters—you are the contact person for technical inquiries. • Customer communication in the ticketing system: With initial experience in customer support and ticketing systems, you handle and prioritize incoming requests. • Telephone customer service: Thanks to your expertise and service orientation, you handle customer inquiries on the phone in a friendly and professional manner. • Optimizing internal processes: You work closely with different teams to ensure requests are resolved quickly and satisfactorily. • Onboarding new team members: You also support new colleagues to receive a comprehensive onboarding in Customer Success.

Job Requirements

  • Technical affinity: You have a basic technical understanding, preferably of how our products work, and are eager to continuously expand it.
  • Customer orientation: You have at least one year of experience as a Junior Customer Success Manager or in a comparable role, ideally with experience in advising customers and/or technical troubleshooting.
  • Conscientiousness & reliability: You complete your work reliably, independently, quickly, and carefully.
  • Strong communication skills: You can express yourself very well, are empathetic, and can explain complex issues in a simple way.
  • Team player: You enjoy working in a young, motivated, and efficient team.
