Assist in preparing and processing surgical instruments and equipment, maintain sterilization records, and operate sterilization equipment while ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality assurance protocols.

Proactively contact customers to secure payments on delinquent accounts, collaborate with team members to resolve account issues, and manage daily tasks effectively through phone and email communication.
