Your Mission - Own outbound sales motion in Cyprus: identify, prospect, and engage SMEs, finance leaders, and decision-makers across your target segments. - Focus on high-value SMEs — businesses with real treasury and FX needs, where Vivid replaces fragmented banking setups and where a single closed deal has lasting revenue impact. - Build a qualified pipeline through multi-channel outreach — cold outreach, LinkedIn, events, referrals, and partner networks. - Convert inbound leads into active customers across our full product suite. - Run the full sales cycle end-to-end: discovery, demo, negotiation, close, and handover to onboarding. - Develop a deep understanding of the local SME landscape, segment dynamics and competitor positioning. - Partner with the Sales Director to refine ICP, messaging, and playbooks for the market. - Maintain clean pipeline hygiene in the CRM, with accurate forecasting and KPI reporting. - Feed market intelligence and customer insights back to Product and Marketing. - Represent Vivid at local industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Your Profile - 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in FinTech, SaaS, banking, treasury, investment products, or financial services. - Proven outbound track record: you've built a pipeline from scratch, not just worked warm leads. - Comfortable selling to founders, finance leaders, and C-level stakeholders at SMEs. - Strong commercial instincts, structured thinking, and analytical mindset. - Hands-on with CRM tools and modern sales tech stack. - Self-starter mentality — you thrive in environments where the playbook isn't fully written yet. - Fluency in English, other languages are a strong plus. Together with the Head of Branch, you will form the local management team and act as formal legal representatives of the establishment. • Continuously improve the security of our AWS and Kubernetes platforms • Strengthen IAM, RBAC, encryption, secrets management, and network controls through secure-by-default policy-as-code • Manage edge security, including traffic filtering, WAF configuration, and external exposure management • Perform security reviews of new services, architectural changes, and platform components • Embed automated security controls into SDLC and CI/CD (SAST, dependency and container scanning, policy enforcement) • Lead vulnerability management processes, including detection, assessment, prioritization, and reporting • Integrate automation and AI-assisted tooling to enhance security reviews and reduce manual effort • Define and implement security controls for AI infrastructure components, including gateways, MCP servers, and model proxies • Identify and mitigate AI-specific risks such as prompt injection, data leakage, and agent privilege escalation
