HR Services Manager

Safeguard Global

• Being the main point of contact for all HR related questions throughout the worker life cycle • Working with the Operations Team to ensure successful onboarding for all new GEO workers • Proactively supporting the delivery of all the HR processes encompassing handbooks, policies, practices and procedures, ensuring legal compliance • Developing and maintaining all types of contracts of employment (Starters, Leavers, Extensions and employment transfers) ensuring legal compliance • Managing complex HR projects/issues with Worker(s)/Clients. Including but not limited to Performance Management, terminations & transfer of employment • Advising clients on workers career progressions, promotions and salary analysis • Worker offboarding (voluntary & involuntary) along with retirements • Advising and supporting Management in HR related responsibilities • Applying and updating HR policies, procedures and work conditions as well as ensuring their communication and compliance • Maintaining employees’ personal data as per local laws • Participating in different projects, as requested by the immediate line manager • Actively identifying gaps in processes and making recommendations/implementing changes necessary to mitigate risk • Proactively support the Team and Line Management with regular updates on employment law • Providing ongoing guidance and support to internal teams including Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Line Management as and when requested • Working with associated benefit providers to provide legally compliant benefit packages for all workers and provide benefit costing updates to Supply Chain and Line Management • Managing the monthly payroll for all workers with our local payroll partner ensuring legal compliance.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Dutch local Labor Law Experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in HR and the management of employment terminations.
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English languages
  • Extensive experience in providing guidance on complex Employment Relations Issues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, team spirit, and collaboration prowess.

The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. The base pay range for this role is $102,220.00 to $133,194.00. The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills.
