Brillant Agency, one of the most respected and rapidly growing agencies focused on family-oriented brands, along with its sister company, FamFluence Talent Management, the leading talent management agency representing the top-performing talent in the family space across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, seeks a full-time Marketing Admin to help support the growth of both agencies and be part of a loyal, hard working, and passionate team. Who We Are: Brilliant is a boutique marketing agency with nearly 30 team members, offering a wide range of services, including public relations, influencer marketing, social media, paid media and affiliate marketing. FamFluence is a talent management agency with nearly 30 team members, exclusively managing over 180 creators. Both agencies are completely remote. Team members are expected to be available online and working for the company during regular business hours, 8AM-5PM, in your time zone (within the continental United States). Position Overview: The primary responsibility is to help our agency grow and increase new business opportunities for Brilliant & FamFluence. Job Description: The Mission - We are looking for a data-driven communicator to own our outbound and nurture ecosystems. You will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing high-performance email sequences in Apollo and sophisticated automation workflows in HubSpot. Your goal is to turn cold prospects into warm leads and keep our current database engaged. Key Responsibilities - Campaign Architecture: Design and execute multi-stage outbound sequences in Apollo and lead-nurturing workflows in HubSpot. - Data Management: Ensure seamless synchronization between Apollo and HubSpot, maintaining clean data and accurate lead sourcing. - Copywriting & Personalization: Write compelling, low-friction email copy that bypasses spam filters and resonates with our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile). - A/B Testing: Constantly experiment with subject lines, send times, and CTAs to improve open and conversion rates. - Deliverability Oversight: Monitor domain health, manage "opt-outs," and ensure we stay compliant with CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations. - Reporting: Track and analyze KPIs (Open Rates, Reply Rates, Meeting Booked) to provide actionable insights to the sales team. Marketing Campaign & Project Support - Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure projects stay on schedule. - Support team members with day-to-day project coordination and task management. - Highly organized, enjoys crossing things off your to-do list - Excellent time management - Ability to foresee and mitigate challenges - Excellent problem solving skills - Doesn’t hesitate to manage up and down - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment - General knowledge and/or interest in the marketing, brand development and influencer space - At least one year of office/workplace experience Data Tracking & Reporting - Monitor basic marketing performance metrics (email engagement, social growth, campaign results). - Assist with compiling analytics and reporting insights. - Support the back-end deliverables of the New Business Development Teams with email sequencing, list generation, buyer intents. Preferred Technical Skills - HubSpot: Deep understanding of Workflows, Lists, and CRM properties. - Apollo: Experience with advanced filtering, sequence automation, and credit management. - Integrations: Proven ability or willingness to learn bridging the gap between prospecting tools and the core CRM. Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency - Identify opportunities to streamline administrative workflows and improve internal processes. - Help enhance overall agency efficiency through organization, communication, and strong follow-through.
