We work collaboratively to deliver bespoke software and take on the most challenging problems our clients have. - Play an active role in the delivery and design of technology projects spanning both discovery and delivery phases - Collaborate with cross-functional agile trios (PM, Engineering, Design) to create experience design deliverables including journey maps, service blueprints, roadmaps, prototypes and design systems - Use Figma to produce high-quality prototypes and design deliverables across all project phases - Apply qualitative and quantitative research methods including user needs research, contextual inquiry, moderated interviews and user testing - Conduct product validation activities to test hypotheses and translate findings into clear design direction - Leverage data visualization to communicate research findings and design decisions to stakeholders - Perform organizational assessment analysis to understand client contexts and inform design strategy - Facilitate workshops and develop design strategies, contributing to strategic decisions at the portfolio level - Balance client and Thoughtworker expectations by clearly communicating scope, risks and design deliverables - Advocate experience design expertise to the broader community through conferences, webinars and meetups Qualifications - Proficiency in Figma for prototyping, design systems and collaborative design workflows - Strong command of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including user needs research and contextual inquiry - Experience with data visualization to present research insights and success metrics clearly - Demonstrated ability to conduct product validation, connecting design decisions to business outcomes - Experience with organizational assessment analysis to identify current-state challenges and opportunities - Well versed in experience design with specialities across user research, service design, digital product design or related disciplines - Inspiring, unique approach to product design with a passion for facilitating client and team sessions - Strong stakeholder management skills, able to liaise between clients and key stakeholders to ensure buy-in - Comfortable designing solo or collaborating with designers and developers across a wide range of deliverables - Ability to communicate and define project roles clearly, building confidence in design teammates - Passion for contributing to the experience design community through peer reviews and knowledge sharing - Fluent in Spanish and fully proficient in English Requirements - If you have most but not all of the skills we ask for, don’t worry! Role Description The SAP Fiori Functional Consultant works with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into functional designs for SAP Fiori applications.
