• You will help shape and improve our membership platform. • You will run user tests and turn feedback into a better user experience. • You will support the implementation of new platform features and projects (e.g. a podcast player). • You will help improve our internal admin interface.

• You answer email inquiries about our videos, podcast, and membership program. • You support and assist our community on Discord and in weekly Zoom calls for German learners. • You help publish content on our social media channels (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), moderate comments and messages, and ensure a positive, respectful community atmosphere. • You contribute to creating video transcripts. • You keep the team informed about developments in the community and assist with administrative tasks.
