Scrum Master – Delivery Manager

Expleo Group

• Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement, reviews). • Lead Agile delivery for the development of an enterprise-grade payment gateway platform. • Manage delivery planning, sprint tracking, and release schedules. • Identify and remove blockers and delivery risks. • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, Security, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery. • Manage and maintain the product backlog in Azure DevOps (epics, features, user stories, metrics). • Provide regular delivery updates to stakeholders and align expectations on scope and timelines. • Promote continuous improvement and Agile best practices within the team.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or Agile Project Manager.
  • Experience delivering payment systems or high-availability financial platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for backlog and delivery management.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with payment flows and security/compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS).
  • Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, APIs, microservices, and CI/CD practices.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
